Halton - Membership Committee Volunteers

Starts: 12-01-2016
Location: Online Opportunity

Description:

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEES:

New Member Welcome

When Members join our Chapter, it is essential that a New Member Package is sent within two weeks of their joining. Your duties would include sending out a package via email that is developed under supervision of the Chapter Membership Director. You will be working approx. 2-3 hours a week.

Keep In Touch Committee

Keep-Touch-Programs ensure there is personal contact between the chapter and its members upon joining and 3 months, 6 months, and a year after they join. You will be working approx. 2-3 hours per week on this exciting committee.

New Member Hand-off Committee

New Member Hand-off Programs are designed to welcome new members at their first event. We want to ensure that New Members are identified and introduced to existing Chapter members when they attend their first event. We know it can be quite daunting for some people when they do not know anyone and have just joined an association that is why we have created this committee to make sure everyone feels welcomed. You will work approx. 2-3 hours a week and get an opportunity to attend our events.

Renewal and Win-back Committee

The Win-back and Renewal committee uses a combination of email and telephone communications with the membership, to let members know about renewal contests and prizes. The committee can identify members who are most likely to lapse or have lapsed and further incent them to renew. You'll be impressed by the positive outcomes that a simple phone call and an invitation to the next event can produce. You will work approx. 2-3 hours a week.
