By now, some of you may have noticed in your inbox an email from our Interim CEO, Gary Monk, letting you know about an exciting new networking platform we have made available to all our members.
As a member of HRPA, you are part of a community of 23,000 HR professionals looking to connect and share knowledge. We wanted to ensure you have an easy and effective way of connecting, which is why we’re excited about the opportunity to provide you with introductions through the HRPA Cafe - powered by Ten Thousand Coffees.
HRPA’s Café was launched officially at our annual conference. Since then, our annual conference registrants have participated in 395 networking meet-ups and over 950 unique conversations have taken place!
We’ve heard from the participants how valuable these introductions have been and I’m delighted to share that we are now opening up registration to all members of HRPA.
The Cafe will allow you to choose the type of HR professionals that you want to connect with and automatically match you to meet-up for casual coffee chats, in-person or online. You will also have the opportunity to host and attend small group conversations about the topics you care about.
