The purpose of the HRPA’s internal appeals process is to determine whether a denial of natural justice or a procedural error was made by an HRPA regulatory committee or the Registrar.

The internal appeals process is an important aspect of the HRPA’s regulatory framework.

The Appeal Committee’s Terms of Reference can be found on our website. An overview of the HRPA Appeal process can be found here.
