- Attends monthly meetings either in person, conference call or virtually
- Ensures content on the Chapter Mentorship website is accurate and up to date
- Prepares and promotes communications on the mentorship program
- Prepares statistics from MentorCity i.e. current # of individuals, mentees, mentors etc. are up to date for presentation to the committee and the Board
- Responds to emails from the general membership with respect to mentoring through mentorship@hrpadurham.ca
- Assists in setting up Mentorship programs
- Cross train with Awards and Recognition sub committee
- Other tasks as may be assigned
