Position Summary:
The CHRL-Examination Validation Committee is mandated to approve all examination content related to the both the CHRL Knowledge Exam (CHRL-KE) and the CHRL Employment Law Exam that is used to assess future CHRLs, and to set defensible standards to use in determining success on those examinations. The Committee is also responsible for approving examination blueprints and for providing advice on policies related to the examinations.
Time Commitment:
The majority of the CHRL - Examination Validation Committee’s work is done remotely with at least two regular in-person meetings per year. This is supplemented by approximately 12 teleconferences per year. Meeting will be 1–3 days in duration, and teleconferences will generally last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Depending on the needs of the examination program, an additional in person meeting may be required every 2–3 years.

At least 7 years of industry experience in past 10 years
CHRL in good standing
At least one member of this committee will consist of a recent grad who has recently obtained the CHRL in the last year.
