To kick off the program with the 30 min presentation on evolution of HR profession and Role of HR in the organization. To lead the flow of program between sessions with the insightful questions and comments. To conclude the program with the executive summary. 

Moderator Credentials:


  • HR Practitioner 
  • CHRP or CHRL Designation 
  • Previous Experience in Event Moderation 
Audience:

This two-day certificate program is developed in partnership with CPA Ontario and targets Accounting Professionals who have little to no experience in HR.  

  • CPAs or candidates who wish to boost their careers by acquiring human resources management knowledge and skills.  
  • Accounting and finance professionals tasked with cross-disciplinary roles
