Take minutes at meetings;
Prepare statistical reports when needed;
Liaise with administrative coordinator re events/functions;
Assist with setup, registration of attendees, name labels, capture attendees emails/telephone numbers during events / functions;
Compose, and distribute via email, thank you letters to participants of events;
Keep email contact up-to-date i.e. adding new members and contact to membership address book;
Ensure that all incoming volunteers sign the Code of Conduct;
Responsible for committee email (checking emails and responding to email inquiries on a regular bass);
Remind the Chair of matters arising.
