Want to network with your HR peers, see world-class speakers and enjoy HRPA's 2019 Annual Conference & Trade Show for free? Every year, more than 200 HRPA member-volunteers from across Ontario contribute to the success of our Annual Conference & Trade Show. Volunteer opportunities exist in areas such as Registration, Media room, Speaker Support, Sessions, and more.

The Volunteer Office Attendees are responsible for a smooth flow of required information and supplies over the three-day event.  This includes ensuring that all supplies are distributed to appropriate sessions and the monitoring of supplies. The Volunteer Office is also where all volunteers must check in each morning, retrieve food vouchers and get answers to questions concerning their responsibilities.

All volunteers are required to commit to at least nine volunteer hours throughout the setup day of January 28 and the conference, which runs January 29 to February 1, 2019.

Volunteer selections will be made based on HRPA's needs. We welcome applications from returning volunteers, but cannot guarantee selection or placement in the previous area of responsibility. Our goal is to provide individuals who have not volunteered in the past, with the opportunity to do so.
