    Hello everyone, 

    My name is Victoria, I currently live in Burlington. I am most looking forward to the session addressing team engagement strategies. Especially with regards to remote employees. This is something that has been a harsh learning curve with my company and I am very open to new ideas and strategies.

    Hello all! My name is Ryan Land--I'm the VP, People at Impala Canada. I have an office in Toronto, our operations are about 90 minutes north of Thunder Bay, and I mostly work from home...welcome to the realities of flex work! I'm mostly just looking forward to jumping back in to in-person learning and networking as I only recently returned to HR.

    Hi all,

    Christy from Ottawa, for a company with locations in Winchester and Brockville. I'm looking forward to the full day of learning, but am especially interested in the keynote. Requiring a 40-44 hour work week, with little opportunity for remote work (other than some administrators) makes thinking outside the box for reward/engagement important, and considerations for future change very interesting.

    I'm Joanna, HR Manager with Beam Suntory. We are in the beverage/alcohol space within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. We are located in Toronto and are a flexible hybrid office.
